    1. You will need 10-15 minutes to fill out the application. This includes personal information, job history and assets all entered via our secure website.

    2. The information is then analyzed by a mortgage professional to determine which program is in your best interest.

    3. Within 48 hours, a mortgage representative will contact you to discuss your request.  We are proud to partner with Illinois State Credit Union to provide you with multiple channels of mortgage options.  A representative from either Cornerstone Credit Union or Illinois State Credit Union will contact you regarding your loan request. 

    4. Once a decision has been made, we'll arrange to have you sign an initial application and disclosures.
